Petit Computer Tutorials: Set 1

Hello! Welcome to my Petit Computer tutorials! Today we will learn how to make a game! First, make a title screen. Then, follow this code.

This makes the entire top screen move up off the page!

Next, we will find out how to clear the bottom screen (CLS won't work-it'll clear the top screen as well) and put a design in the keyboard's place. First, use GRPED to draw a design. Then use this code.

LOAD" ( Here, write GRP1. Then, write its name.)

When you finish, go into run mode and write the command RUN. Nothing should happen. Go back into edit mode and type this code.

PNLTYPE "OFF"

This makes the keyboard disappear, so your design takes its place.

Next, let's learn how to move a text character on the top screen using the circle pad! Use this code.

The Official Play Street Guide

Play Street is a lush green valley with some interesting buildings. Let's check it out!

Sadie's Castle is a bright red tent that Sadie sits in. Sadie eats snacks and plays with toys in there. Pretty luxury for a baby!

The Official Play Street Mall is the biggest building of all. It is worth a visit! (It sells cool stuff!)

Sam And Evan's House is, well, Evan and my house. It isn't so exciting.

Patio Architecture is a patio that me and my family eat in. It's pretty nice...

Play School is VERY educational. Come whenever you want!

Haunted House does not have any ghosts in it, but is still spooky!

Play Mountain is a standard hill that is very big and detailed.

Storage Shed is a big shed that is stuffed with stuff.

Ryan's Castle is a cloth bear that eats people and bounces around a lot.

Book # 200 work up

When I got up to Book # 190, I was so excited!! I told EVERYONE, "10 more books until Book # 200!"
It was so fun working my way up towards Book # 200. Read all about Book # 200 in my last post.

I have FINALLY started writing Book # 200! I am at Page # 3 of it. IT IS AWESOME!!!
I have written Page # 1: Sadie, Page # 2: Sam And Evan, and I'm just starting Page # 3: Mommy And Daddy. Writing books is extremely fun, and I can't believe I've gotten up to Book # 200!
